What do I need to provide?

You supply the final source material: business facts, offer details, existing copy, your logo, photography and any legal information the site needs. FF Dev Studio helps with light content fixes, like tightening headings or correcting short passages, when it is quick and needed.

Full copywriting, research-heavy or multilingual content, original photography, video, illustration or 3D assets, and large catalogue or migration work are quoted separately.

How does payment work?

FF Dev Studio takes a 50% deposit to begin and the final 50% before public launch or final handoff. Work starts once the deposit and the content needed to start are in, and the proposal you sign sets out deliverables, exclusions, timeline, ownership, hosting, revision rules and price.

How many revisions do I get?

Every FF Dev Studio project includes three revision rounds. You consolidate the feedback for each round into one set of changes. Anything that adds new scope is quoted separately rather than squeezed into a round.

Do you offer hosting and maintenance?

Yes. FF Dev Studio offers three managed-care plans: Care at RM59/month (RM590/year), Maintain at RM149/month (RM1,490/year), Evolve at RM299/month (RM2,990/year). Hosting with FF is recommended, not required — you can take the site elsewhere at handoff.

Care covers managed hosting, SSL and CDN, uptime monitoring, backups, and security and dependency maintenance. Maintain adds up to 60 minutes of small changes a month and priority WhatsApp support. Evolve adds up to three hours of improvements a month and a quarterly recommendation. Unused time does not roll over, and domain fees are billed at cost.

Who owns the website and the domain?

You own your domain and the content you supply. Once a project is fully paid, FF Dev Studio hands the deliverables over or migrates them when you ask, and never holds a domain hostage. Third-party licences, fonts, stock media and services stay under their own terms. The exact ownership and handoff terms are written into every proposal.

Can my website be in Bahasa Malaysia?

Yes. FF Dev Studio builds English, Bahasa Malaysia and bilingual English–Bahasa Malaysia websites with no language surcharge. Chinese is charged separately, whether it replaces the default languages or is added alongside them. You supply or approve the translations unless translation is written into the quote.

Is SEO included?

Essential technical SEO is part of every FF Dev Studio build, alongside performance and accessibility work: the structure, metadata and speed that search engines read. Copywriting and campaign work are not part of the build and are quoted separately if you need them.

What happens after launch?

Every FF Dev Studio website comes with a thirty-day defect warranty from launch: defects in the work FF delivered are fixed under the warranty. After that, a care plan covers hosting, maintenance and small changes, or the site is handed over to you.
